all collector shields are tactic based, and that carapace shield with 45/-2 enchanted requires bleached shell <---why my warrior goes the stance way.

Don't hope to find a rare of that stats.

Put it in a simple way, you would have seen 100 stormbows with 15%dmg hp>50% before you see first shield like that.
